Diagnostic Review
We start with a Diagnostic Review to analyze what items might need fixing before we clean and tidy up your books. You can read more about the review process

Quickbooks Cleanup
Once our Diagnostic Review is complete we take all the recommendations reviewed with you and begin cleaning up the books. Once our cleanup is complete, we know that balances tie and are correct through a specified date, we can then begin helping you with the recurring work. Monthly Bookkeeping
Now that we reviewed your books, have cleaned them up, we can start working with you to prepare your books on a recurring basis. Because most of our discovery has been completed through the one time diagnostic review and one time cleanup, we can help save you time and money on recurring services.

We can reconcile your accounts for you, help implement good document retention protocols, work with 3rd party apps and software you've integrated into Quickbooks.

Monthly Reports & Ongoing Support
We'll provide a set of financial reports, sent straight to your inbox on a monthly basis. We're here to support if you have any questions about your books or finances during the month via email. Quarterly we'll schedule a review with you to go over financial performance and help answer questions
